hola TRACKER, queria hacerte una consultilla... Tus asientos RECARO fueron plug&play completamente? (me ha parecido ller que si). Yo compre unos procedentes de un A6 C5 avant, pero al irlos a montar en el mio resulta que los conectores no son iguales...

Hola a todos, ya llevo tiempo apuntado en el foro pero aun no e hecho una presentacion como es devido.

intentare que se parezca un poquito a la de nuestros compañero WINS o la de TXISPIS aunque es dificil de superar.

 

Por ahora va asi:

hola, pues creo recordar que el unico que es diferente es el cable del airbag, si no, te has comprado unos asientos del A6 4F.

 

Por aqui hay una imagen de como tendrias que conectar el nuevo conector con respecto al viejo(que lo podras conseguir en cualquier desguace)

Hello. I am from the USA and am going to attempt to put a RS4 steering wheel in my 2002 S6 avant. I saw the posts that you have done on audizine and others. I'm pretty sure I have all the part numbers gathered up but still wanted to be sure. Any chance I can bother you so send me a pm and give me the exact numbers you used so I can cross reference? My vehicle already is can bus so not sure if I need all the parts that I have came across on your posts. I own a mobile audio shop and my tech's assure me that they can figure it out but I want to make sure I have the right parts when we start. I am using a symphony 2 radio and an iPad mini fabricated in front of it as my radio source.

 

You don't have a D.I.Y on the steering wheel swap anywhere do you?

You should introduce yourself first. Is a bit unpolite in this forum to ask for something without a presentation. This is a great groups, but we are very nosy, and we would like to see a lot of pictures of your car and a small explanation of the your car's story.

 

But, as you have done, do not hesitate asking for information, in this forum we are very kind to submit as much information as we have.

 

It a bit difficult to give you the exact part numbers, because having this knowledge, implies a hard labour looking into Elsa and Etka, but nothing is imposible. If you tell us witch parts do you have, I'll try to cross reference them inside Elsa & Etka.

 

First, you should have the electric schemas and have identified the main component involved in this tasks, and how the are connected. Once the main schema is drawn, the next step is to identify the exact part numbers involved.

 

Right now, there is no need to use mp, because there is no confidential o sensible information involved.

No te preocupes que rengo unas fotos estupendas sacadas con mi MOKIA.

Yo intentaria explicar lo del otro dia, pero es que solo veía cables de colores, airbags que pueden explotar y guanteras que se caen.

First off I'd like to apologise. I'm used to the forums based in the USA like VWvortex, Audizine, etc. The majority of the forum users are unhelpful and unknowledgeable. It's a breath of fresh air hearing that this forum is tight knit and interested in others and not just themselfs. Problem is I have to use google translate to understand any of it.. My Spanish is very rusty.

 

My name is Colin, I live in central Oregon in the USA. I drive a 2002 S6 avant. I posted some pictures in the s/rs forum... Ill try to put together a little thread telling about it soon.

 

Ill put the part numbers I have found to make this swap possible and if I should start a new thread please advise. I don't want to jack this thread.

The wheel is out of a 2008 RS4. I have a knowledgeable friend with a vagcom.

Th question is what versions of the parts, how do I cross reference. The MFSW controller is the biggest mystery to me...

I'm afraid I'm not going to ve very helpful but the part numbers you gave seem to work fine together.

As far as I know you can swap between them without problems.

 

Anyway I'll ask Tracker as the original owner of this car and post the answer as soon as I can.
