Hola,

Estos últimos días, nuestro proveedor de hosting (es decir el servidor del foro) ha estado haciendo ampliaciones de sus instalaciones, con la consecuente reconfiguración de sus equipos. Nos hemos visto afectados de distintas maneras, pero últimamente tenemos un problema concreto de mensajes duplicados o triplicados.

Típicamente, un usuario, al publicar un mensaje o al enviar un MP, recibe un mensaje de error. Le da a "atrás" y lo intenta de nuevo. A cada intento, a pesar del mensaje de error, el mensaje queda publicado y repetido en el foro.

Para identificar la máquina que provoca este fallo, los técnicos del servidor me han pedido apuntar un dato del mensaje de error cuando se produce.

Normalmente tiene el aspecto siguiente :

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Lo que necesitamos es la dirección de mail que he hecho figurar en rojo en este ejemplo, que normalmente tiene la forma "cluster@cl-wbXX.celeonet.fr".

 

Propongo que este hilo sirva para hacer un "copiar/pegar" de los mensajes de error que os puede dar el foro, con el fin de suministrar esta información al soporte técnico y solucionar el fallo cuanto antes.

yo me di cuenta, y cuando me sale, copio el texto, vuelvo al indice de foros y vuelvo a entrar en el post y pego.

Si lleva ocurriendo eso desde hace un par de dias..aunq yo cuando me salía el fallo no lo vuelvo a mandar de nuevo porq sé q a la primera se manda..

 

De todos modos cuando me vuelve a aparecer el fallo mando la dirección q salga :blink:

Pues por la parte que me toca pido perdón, ayer me pasó eso al contestar a un post. Constesté, me salió error y volví a contestar, me dí cuenta que lo había duplicado.
