Audi recently scored second place recently in a study by the ADAC’s AutomarxX Study – a brand comparison test of the German Automobile market. This ranking marked a three position jump by the Ingolstadt-based automobile manufacturer since its ranking in 2004.

 

In the ADAC’s statistical breakdown, Audi set the bench mark in the brand comparison with new vehicles and ranked first place amongst the German premium marques. In addition, Audi ranked in third place overall in regards to residual values.

 

The Audi A4 won out as the most popular fleet vehicle in Germany and the concept of the A2-hybrid also won honors in good design in the eyese of the ADAC.

 

Ralph Weyler, Audi AG Board member in charge of marketing commented, „we are very pleased about our ranking in the ADAC AutomarxX study. It shows are going the correct direction in both quality and reliabiliity, and these are important success factors for a premium marque.“
