05-08-19: Production ready Bugatti Veyron 16.4 tops 250 mph

After years of waiting the Bugatti Veyron will finally enter production this fall. Despite the numerous setbacks in development, all the performance figures announced at the first concept's launch were met in a recent test session. With a top speed of 253 mph, it is the fastest production car in the world. Just to be on the safe side none of the production cars will have 1001 bhp, but instead 5% to 8% more.

 

This weekend it celebrates its American launch at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. We caught up with the first production car, driven by Dr. Thomas Bscher, CEO of Bugatti, and lined up for a brief period at the Quail Lodge in the Carmel Valley. In the following weeks, full reports of all the races, auctions and exhibitions will be published. For now it's this preview for you and back to Laguna Seca and Pebble Beach for us.

Impresionante de verdad, pero puesto a poner alguna pega, el rojo y negro es demasiado... tuning(?) me gusta más el granate porque hace menos contraste. Por cierto esa pintura granate tiene pinta de ser "especial" pues llega a verse bastante oscura...

a mi no me va, me lo bajo, pero no me lo reconoce ni el winamp, ni el quic time, ni el media player, en los dos primeros se escucha pero no se ve y solo dura 12 seg, y en el tercero nada de nada.

 

Esto es solo a mi o es que ta mal???

Bueno si es verdad enhorabuena!! pero esq eso de q ha llegado a 400 Km/h exactos y ademas q el fotógrafo no pudo sacar ninguna foto joe quien estaba allí en esa prueba Leonardo Dantes y sus secuaces?

Al final cómo han arreglado el tema de los neumáticos para q aguantaran a tanta velocidad?
