si esta tarde la da por soltar una noticia vamos a volar y bien alto, aunq no se si soltaran algo, ya q esta subida sin noticia les viene muy bien para aguantar la cotizacion y si se ponen las cosas feas otra vez, pues soltar noticias, yo creo q es mas q nada pq estaba a unos precios q con el futuro q tiene esta accion no tiene q estar, ahora mismo por debajo del 0,20 esta accion no deberia de volver a estar

Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

On April 21, 2006 Cornell Capital Partners, LP purchased from Laurus Master Fund, Ltd. the Secured Minimum Borrowing Note and the Revolving Note that Veridium issued to Laurus on March 31, 2004. The aggregate debt, including accrued interest and penalties, was $2,190,146.68.

 

Subsequently Veridium agreed with Cornell Capital Partners to amend the Revolving Note such that its terms are now identical to the Secured Minimum Borrowing Note. Veridium also agreed to modify the conversion feature of the two Notes. The Notes, as modified, may be converted by Cornell Capital Partners into common stock at a conversion rate equal to the lesser of (a) $.10 per share or (:cry2: 90% of the lowest VWAP for the thirty trading days preceding conversion.

Aquí han cambiado un poco las condiciones que tenía con Cornell, ahora hay dos opciones:

 

-Convertir deuda en acciones a 0.1

-Convertir deuda en acciones por un valor del 90% de cotización del mínimo valor de VWAP de los 30 días precedentes a la conversión.

 

 

Cuando se empieza a hablar de porcentajes es que se espera que esto suba como la espuma....

Vernder INSQ entorno los 0.009$ me parece un gran error, pues vendes justo un poco antes de romper en máximos (0.01$), que es cuando realmente puede pegar un carrerón del 15. Mi objetivo es 0.012$ aunque esto puede cambiar radicalmente como muy bien dices.

 

Respecto a VRDM no la sigo casi nada, solo su tendencia para ver si INSQ se anima, cosa que hace tiempo que parece no darle demasiada importancia.

INSQ, como mínimo, debería mantener los 0.006$ y no volver a entrar en la espiral de disolución en la que anduvo estos días. Creo que el día 16 (si no antes) podemos presenciar otro nuevo salto para situarnos entorno los 0.007$/0.008$. La intención es ir acercandonos a los 0.095$ donde, desde ahí, podría deleitarnos con otro buen repunte.... Veremos a ver de lo que es capaz de hacer esta HP!.
