Por gráfico se estaba viendo un posible movimiento en INSQ, el problema era en que dirección, ahora ya está claro, aunque el MACCD estaba ligeramente positivo por lo que indicaba todo lo contrario. put*da y de las grandes, se hunde sin más. Yo la veo en los 0.0005$ en un par de meses.

 

En OTD más de lo mismo, pero con signo contrario. Tiene un gráfico guapisimo. El gráfico técnico, como dije ayer, nos está marcando un posible movimiento, todo indica que será positivo (MACCD, Soporte >$, etc)

INSQ no tengo palabras..........bueno si pasta palmada de mto.

Por si acaso, tengo un medio chivatazo del valor que van a publicar mañana en thestockters, creo que va a ser CMTX, pero ni lo tiene renta4 ni yo tengo cash para entrar, aunque si fuese seguro al 100% hubiese entrado de cabeza, despues de ver lo de AMRE...

la verdad q el tema esta muy negro, yo creo q antes o despues tienen q volver a subir, pero lo q esta claro esq mientras no se saque alguna noticia de resultados o de contratos importantes no hay nada q hacer, es una put*da pq nos estan pillando y bien, pero no podemos hacer otra cosa q esperar a que se recuperen

S3 Investment Company, Inc. (OTCBB: SEIH) today announced that a majority of the holders of the company's common stock has approved all of the proposals under consideration at the annual meeting of shareholders held yesterday at the company's corporate offices.

At the annual meeting, Mr. Bickel, who was appointed by the Board of Directors to serve as chairman of the meeting, reported that a quorum, as defined by the corporate bylaws, was present and that the business of the meeting could be properly conducted. The proposals that passed included an amendment to the company's articles of incorporation to authorize additional shares of S3 common stock, the election of the Board of Directors to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders, the ratification of the company's independent public accountants for the fiscal year 2006, and to ratify the company's general counsel.

 

Mr. Bickel addressed the shareholders in attendance at the meeting and made a brief statement reviewing his recent trip to China, which included reports on the continued growth of the company's subsidiary operations in the China market. He also reviewed the company's capital raising strategy that will focus on securing financial instruments such as bank lines of credit to fund the expansion of operations for SINO UJE and Redwood Capital.

 

The detailed results of the voting were as follows: The proposal to amend to the company's articles of incorporation to authorize 10 billion shares of common stock received 1,445,378,500 affirmative votes, 174,104,549 votes against, and 1,661,500 abstentions. The affirmative votes represent 89% percent of all cast votes. The proposal to elect Chris Bickel to the Board of Directors received 2,517,171,507 affirmative votes, 35,884,840 votes against, and 18,128,375 abstentions. The affirmative votes represent 98% percent of all cast votes. The proposal to elect Gary Nerison to the Board of Directors received 2,528,664,907 affirmative votes, 22,391,440 votes against, and 20,128,375 abstentions. The affirmative votes represent 98% percent of all cast votes. The proposal to elect Douglas Perkins to the Board of Directors received 2,528,266,007 affirmative votes, 22,788,840 votes against, and 20,129,875 abstentions. The affirmative votes represent 98% percent of all cast votes. The proposal to ratify the appointment of Chisholm, Bierwolf & Nilson ratification of the company's independent public accountants for the fiscal year 2006 received 2,558,802,298 affirmative votes, 8,050,383 votes against, and 4,332,041 abstentions. The affirmative votes represent 99% percent of all cast votes. The proposal to ratify the appointment of Parson Law Firm as general counsel received 2,528,266,007 affirmative votes, 22,788,840 votes against, and 20,129,875 abstentions.
